How to Contact PlugStream Support

If you need help with your PlugStream charger, our support team is here to assist.

Support hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.

Support is closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Before you contact support

If you use the MyPlugStream app, open your charger and check Charger readiness. Include the exact title and message when you contact us.

It also helps to include:

  • the LED colour and whether it is solid, pulsing, or changing
  • whether the vehicle is plugged in
  • the charging mode selected in the app
  • whether the charger appears online
  • any recent installation, network, or power changes

Emergency safety issues

If you believe your charger or installation is unsafe, stop using it and contact your installer immediately.

If you cannot reach your installer and you are concerned about the electricity supply, contact your Distribution Network Operator by dialling 105 in the UK.
