Where do I find my charger serial number?
Your charger serial number helps PlugStream Support identify the exact charger, site record, firmware state, warranty record, and installation handover details.
Where to look
You may find the serial number:
- in the MyPlugStream app charger details
- on the installer handover documents
- on the product label or rating label
- on the original packaging or commissioning paperwork
- in emails from your installer or PlugStream Support
Do not remove covers or open the charger enclosure to look for a label. If the visible label is missing or unreadable, contact PlugStream Support or your installer.
What to send support
If you can find it, send:
- the charger serial number
- the charger model
- the installation address or site reference
- the MyPlugStream account email
- a photo of the visible label if support asks for it
If you bought a property with a charger installed
If you moved into a property with a PlugStream charger already installed, the serial number helps support transfer or confirm the charger record.
