What is MyPlugStream Cloud?

Overview

MyPlugStream Cloud is the online portal behind the MyPlugStream app. It lets you view and manage PlugStream charge points from a web browser.

You can use it to check charger status, view charging activity, manage settings where your account has permission, and access the same PlugStream services used by the mobile app.

What can I do in MyPlugStream Cloud?

  • check whether a charger is online or needs attention

The exact options you see can depend on your charger model, site configuration, account permissions, and whether the charger is managed by a home, workplace, landlord, or operator account.

The MyPlugStream app and MyPlugStream Cloud use the same PlugStream account. Changes you make in one place, such as schedules or charging mode changes, are reflected across your account.

What is AmpNexus?

AmpNexus provides the charge point management platform that powers MyPlugStream services. PlugStream customers see the MyPlugStream experience, while the underlying platform handles charger communication, authentication, monitoring, and secure control.
