The smart charging statements relate to the Electric Vehicles (Smart Charge Points) Regulations 2021. The PlugStream 7 document is a completion template: the seller must enter the exact model, software version at the point of sale, sale date, any demand-side-response agreement details, and signature before it is supplied to a purchaser. An incomplete or unsigned template is not a statement issued for a sale.
