Electric Vehicles (Smart Charge Points) Regulations 2021

AmpNexus Ltd t/a PlugStream is subject to the Electric Vehicles (Smart Charge Points) Regulations 2021 (“the Regulations”) and provides this document in meeting the requirements of Regulation 13.

In addition, the Regulations apply to the whole value chain of selling a charge point. Therefore, it is required that a Third Party who may sell on a charge point or install a charge point issue this document as well.
